Delivery times:
We aim to deliver within 7 days of confirming the order.
Scottish Highlands may take an additional day.
On the confirmation of your order we will advise the expected
day of delivery.
Deliveries are made between 9am & 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
If you require delivery on a specific day/date, please advise
in the 'Additional Notes' on the order page.
Delivery instructions:
The delivery company will not leave the order
without a signature, therefore on the delivery address
please try your upmost to provide an address where
somebody is able to sign for the order.
If there is nobody to accept the order, the delivery
company will leave a calling card and leave the
order at their local depot. On the card will be
the contact number for the depot. Please phone them
to arrange collection or a more convenient time
for delivery. If you do not contact the local depot
the delivery company will try to deliver the following
day. After 3 unsuccessful attempts the order will
be returned to us as undelivered, and it may incur
an additional delivery charge to re-send.
