Who are we?
The company is called VH Wines Ltd. Started in 2003 firstly specialising
in Australian wine and set up the website Australian Wines Online.
Since 2006 we have started building a similar range of Italian
wines and hence now set up a sister website, Italian Wines Online.We
aim to offer quality wines, many from smaller and boutique wineries
not generally available in the supermarkets and high street.

Is the site secure?
For credit/debit card payments VH Wines Ltdhas teamed up with
leading Internet payment processor WorldPay. WorldPay, owned by
The Royal Bank of Scotland, was the first commercial bank approved
Internet payment gateway in the world and are the most highly
acclaimed Internet payment processor today. When making a payment
a secure link is set up between your browser and WorldPay. You
will notice that the address will change from http:// to https://
indicating a secure server and that a padlock will appear at the
bottom of the page. Please note that during this process VH Wines
Ltd are not notified of your card details, and hence they are
not stored on our system.

When you register details with us, or access your
account details, we also use a secure server. Any
data you give us is encrypted using a 'Secure Socket
Layer' (SSL) session. SSL is an industry standard
and is one of the best ways to ensure Internet messages
are not intercepted. Again when using this secure
connection a small padlock will be displayed in
the bottom right hand corner of your browser.
