The expenses incurred in returning the order are the responsibility of the Customer. (For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service). Our costs in processing the order will be refunded but the delivery costs we incur will be deducted from the refund along with card processing charges.
Wine Buffs Ltd will notify the Customer once the refund has been processed.
In the unlikely event there is a problem with any wines within the first three months of purchase, Wine Buffs Ltd will replace or refund the faulty wine. Simply contact Wine Buffs Ltd providing proof of purchase.
Damaged Goods in Transit
Carefully inspect contents of delivery. If there are any breakages or shortages the Customer must notify Wine Buffs Ltd within 3 working days (use same contact details as specified in Returns) and Wine Buffs Ltd will arrange either a refund or replacement for broken / missing bottle(s).
This website is based in the United Kingdom and all contracts are made under English Law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

If wines ordered are out of stock, Wine Buffs Ltd will contact you with alternatives before progressing the order. However, if we can see that the order is for a special occasion and you have specified a specific date then we may substitute for another wine of equal or greater value. We will always try to match the region and grape you have selected.
Vintages change most years for most wines and we try to keep our website as up to date as possible. However, we may substitute for a new vintage, particularly as new vintages become available, to meet your order.
