Angas Moscato Non Vintage Cuvee

Angas Moscato Non Vintage Cuvee is a new take on a traditional name. this wine, made from muscat grapes, has floral, spice and apricot aromas, with lively flavours of peaches and musk. it has a light refreshing palate with a subtle sweetness.

This is a wine in all senses, but not a dessert wine. Crisp fresh and refreshing

Producer: Colour: RedGrape: AustralianRegion: South EasternAlcohol: 8.5%Vintage: NVGrape Details: MuscatVinification: Fruit is harvested in the cool of the evening and the juice handled reductively in order to preserve fruit freshness and aromatics. cool fermentation with aromatic yeast strains retains the lovely varietal flavours of the muscat grape. the ferment is stopped early to maintain the perfect balance between natural acid and grape sugar in the final blend.Tasting: a vibrant, hot-pink moscato, the aromas of this wine exude a heady and exotic mix redolent of pink flowers, lychee, musk and spice. on the palate the wine is light and refreshing, bursting with lemon sherbet and berry fruit flavours. although subtly sweet on the mid palate, the finish is crisp and fresh.Food: angas moscato is the perfect wine to enjoy with a lightly spiced thai salad or laksa, or on its own.SKU: ANGUS01

Angas

Angas Brut. Its name, consistency and tradition of quality make it one of the most popular sparkling wines in the world. Angas Brut was created in the mid 1980s, and since then the intention has been to provide maximum flavour and quality at an affordable price. Bottle fermentation and the classic grape varieties of Champagne – Pinot Noir and Chardonnay – have given Angas Brut complexity and freshness with a fine bead and creaminess on the palate.
