Australian Wines Online – Who are we?

Australian Wines Online is an internet trading arm of a UK company called Wine Buffs Ltd. We have built a substantial offering of more than 400 quality Australian wines over a long period of time and have developed systems to support a very high level of customer service. A substantial amount of our business is repeat business and over the years we have built a loyal customer base for our offerings.

• Australian Wines Online has been trading for nearly 20 years and has built up significant experience in Australian wines and a client base across the world, for the supply of Australian wines to the UK.
• The company is called Wine Buffs Ltd and has traded as a UK retail only outlet for over 15 years. The current owners took over in 2013 and acquired Australian Wines Online in 2014. This is now our focus and the retail business has closed. We aim to offer high quality wines, many from smaller and boutique wineries not generally available in the supermarkets or high street.

We believe the wines we offer represent fantastic quality and value. Our aim is to offer you the opportunity to purchase such wines and:

• Experience ‘fine wines’ produced by some of Australia’s most talented and highly regarded winemakers
• Explore Australian wines from smaller/family run and ’boutique’ wineries
• Taste styles from the classic to contemporary Australian
• From quality bargain wines to the most luxurious taste extravaganzas, suitable for barbecues to banquets

We are a real family business

We are not an offshoot of a much larger business. Everybody involved is part of the family and we take absolute personal pride in delivering satisfaction to all customers be they small or large, and we attempt to ensure that our service is delivered efficiently and also ethically. We utilise where possible renewable products and our delivery partner DPD is the greenest of all courier services.
