Emeri Pink Moscato is a little bit frivolous and a whole lot of fun. This easy drinking sparkling is a delightful way to change the ordinary into the unexpected.
Pale translucent pink in the glass, Emeri is brimming with fresh fruit aromas and hints of strawberry and musk. Velvety and full on the palate, it has a persistent bead and fresh finish.
The A5 Vineyard was planted in 1976 to a clone called P58. It is a gentle sloping vineyard facing predominantly south-west. It produces quite fine boned Chardonnay with terrific aging potential. Warm growing season with timely rainfall. Surprising finesse and natural acidity. Picked over two days on the 13th and 20th of February. Cropping at 6.5 tonnes per hectare.
They select fruit from vines with generous canopies allowing natural fruit ripening. The fruit is picked and gently pressed and the juice allowed to settle naturally before being filtered. The wine is cold fermented to retain fresh fruit characters.
The perfect aperitif on it’s own or enjoy with fresh fruits or seafood.

“De Bortoli Wines is a third generation family wine company established by Vittorio and Giuseppina De Bortoli in 1928. The couple emigrated to Australia from Northern Italy, from mountain villages at the foothills of the Italian Alps, near the historic town of Asolo.
Their son, the energetic and dynamic Deen De Bortoli, (b 1936 – d 2003) expanded and consolidated the business created by his parents. Deen’s children established De Bortoli’s reputation for premium wine including icon dessert wine Noble One and the Yarra Valley wines.”
New South Wales Wines
Australia’s first vines were planted in New South Wales on the Farm Cove foreshore. The first commercial wine was made there, and the first wine exported to England – by Gregory Blaxland in 1823. Given the size and climate diversity of NSW and its large population, it is surprising that the state does not play a bigger role in Australian wine. It is a state of great contrasts, from the huge, flat expanse of irrigated vineyards in the Riverina area near Griffith to the high uplands of Mudgee in the north. The Hunter Valley is the most recognised region within NSW, famous for its long-lived Semillons and unique styled Shiraz. Riverina is the largest wine-producing region. The more recent viticultural developments are within the regions along the Great Dividing Range: Mudgee, Orange, Cowra, Hilltops etc. There is much promise and interest in the wines now being produced within these regions.
